Longevita Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the Longevita services that link to these Terms. Longevita (“we”, “us”) operates Mind Hero, BaZi Hero, Talent Hero, Omnigram, and Meta BaZi. A product may have additional terms presented within that product or at checkout. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the product-specific terms apply to that product.

By using a service that links to these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use that service. These Terms do not take away rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our failure to protect the service. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Our account-based analysis services are not directed to children under 16. If you use a service on behalf of another person, including a child, you must have authority to do so and to provide any information you submit about them.

Using our services

You may use our services for their intended purposes and in accordance with applicable law. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use automated means in a way that disrupts the services.

You retain your rights in information and content you submit. You give us permission to process that content as needed to provide the features you request, maintain the service, and comply with the law. You are responsible for having the right to submit it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Charts, AI, and wellness content

BaZi charts, personality analyses, AI responses, and wellness content are provided for information, reflection, or relaxation. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other advice. Make important decisions using qualified advice where appropriate.

Some features send your prompt and relevant context to third-party AI providers to generate a response. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share. Availability and results may vary by provider and by product.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, features, billing periods, and any renewal terms are shown before you buy. Purchases made through an app store are billed and managed through that store; web purchases may be processed by a payment provider. The terms presented at checkout and any applicable platform terms also apply.

Where a subscription is offered, you can manage or cancel it through the platform or account settings used for the purchase. Cancellation generally stops future renewals; access for a period already paid for and any refund are subject to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right of withdrawal, refund, or remedy for faulty digital content or services.

Our content and intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in our services, software, designs, branding, and content. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the services as provided while you comply with these Terms. This does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Third-party services

Our services may link to or work with app stores, payment services, Apple Health, AI providers, and other external services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for content or services operated by those third parties, except where the law makes us responsible.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, change, or discontinue features. We will provide any notice required by law if a change materially affects a service you use. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, or legal compliance. You may stop using a service at any time and request account deletion where available.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We take reasonable care in providing our services, but cannot promise that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Croatian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You may also use any court or consumer dispute process available to you under applicable law.

Updates and contact

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and give additional notice where required. Changes do not remove rights you already have under an existing purchase or mandatory law.
