Longevita Privacy Policy

Longevita (“we”, “us”) operates Mind Hero, BaZi Hero, Talent Hero, Omnigram, and Meta BaZi. This policy explains how we handle personal data across these websites, apps, and related services. Not every practice described below applies to every product; the product-specific details explain the differences.

Contact and data controller

Information we handle

Depending on the product and features you use, we may handle:

• Account and contact details: your email address, name if provided, account identifiers, messages to us, and communication preferences.
• Information you submit: birth date, birth time and place, chart details, questions, prompts, uploaded content, or other information you choose to enter. If you provide information about another person, you should have an appropriate basis for doing so.
• Product activity: saved charts, reports, conversations, purchases, preferences, and—in Mind Hero—relaxation selections, session history, ratings, and progress.
• Payment records: purchase status, transaction identifiers, and billing information needed to administer a purchase. Payments made through Stripe or an app store are handled by that provider; we do not receive your complete payment-card number.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser details, diagnostic information, pages or features used, and information needed to keep our services secure and working.

We receive information directly from you, automatically when you use a service, or from a provider you choose to use, such as an app store, payment service, or connected integration.

How the products differ

Mind Hero uses relaxation and session information to operate the player and show your progress. If you choose to enable Apple Health on iOS, Mind Hero requests permission to write saved relaxation sessions as Mindful Minutes. It does not request permission to read your Apple Health data. A session you discard is not added to Apple Health. Apple Health access is optional and can be changed in your device’s Health settings.

On Android, if you choose to enable Google Health Connect, Mind Hero requests permission only to write mindfulness sessions for relaxations you save. These records include the session start and end times and duration. Mind Hero does not request permission to read your Health Connect data. Discarded sessions are not added, and enabling this feature does not import past sessions. You can use Mind Hero without Health Connect and turn off syncing in the app or change or revoke its permission in Health Connect at any time. We do not use Apple Health or Health Connect information for advertising or to build profiles in our other products.

BaZi Hero and Meta BaZi use the birth details and other information you submit to calculate and display BaZi charts and, where offered, save charts or provide interpretations. If you use an AI feature, the information needed to answer your request—including your prompt and relevant chart context—may be sent to an AI service provider. Ordinary chart calculations do not require you to use an AI feature.

Omnigram uses the information you submit to provide its analysis and conversational features. When you choose an AI feature, your prompt and relevant context may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate the response.

Talent Hero uses information you provide through its website, contact forms, consultations, and other requested services to respond to you and deliver those services.

Where a connection to an external assistant or other integration is available, information you choose to send through it may pass between that service and ours. The external service has its own privacy practices.

Why we use information

We process information to provide features you request, maintain accounts, calculate charts, generate requested analyses, process purchases, respond to support requests, protect our services from misuse, and meet legal obligations. We may use analytics to understand and improve our services where permitted and, where required, after obtaining your consent. We send optional marketing communications only where permitted and provide a way to opt out.

For people covered by the GDPR, our legal basis depends on the activity: performance of a contract for requested services and purchases; legal obligation for records we must keep; legitimate interests for security and essential service improvement; and consent where required for optional analytics, marketing, or access to sensitive device information. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Our charts and AI-generated responses are informational. We do not use them to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Service providers and sharing

We use providers to deliver particular functions, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and account services, Stripe for web payments, and Google Analytics for website analytics where enabled. App-store purchases and Apple Health and Health Connect permissions are handled through the relevant platform. Some apps also use app diagnostics, and AI features use AI service providers, including OpenRouter and the model provider used for a request.

We share only the information needed for the relevant function. Providers may process information under their own privacy terms and contractual arrangements with us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our services and users, or as part of a business transfer permitted by law. We do not use Apple Health or Health Connect data for advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our websites use essential technologies for functions such as security and account sessions. Where enabled, analytics technologies help us understand website use. You can manage optional technologies through the cookie controls provided on the relevant website and through your browser settings. Changing your preference does not affect data already processed lawfully.

Retention and deletion

We keep account information and saved content while your account is active or until you delete it or ask us to do so. We keep transaction records for periods required by tax and accounting law. Support correspondence, security logs, and backup copies are kept only as long as needed for their purpose, including resolving requests, protecting the service, or restoring data, and are then deleted under our retention procedures.

Some Mind Hero information is stored on your device and can be removed by deleting it in the app or removing the app. Information written to Apple Health is managed through the Health app and Apple’s permission controls; deleting Mind Hero does not necessarily delete records already saved in Apple Health. Information written to Health Connect is managed through Health Connect. Turning off syncing, revoking permission, or uninstalling Mind Hero does not necessarily delete sessions already written there; you can delete them using Health Connect’s data controls.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of information we hold, contact info@talenthero.io. Where a product provides an in-app account-deletion option, you may use it instead. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information where the law requires it.

International processing

Our providers may process information outside Croatia or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use an applicable adequacy decision or another legally recognised transfer safeguard. Contact us if you would like information about the safeguard relevant to your data.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your data-protection authority. Contact info@talenthero.io to exercise these rights.

You can change Apple Health permissions in the Health app and Health Connect permissions in Health Connect’s app permissions settings. You can also manage website cookie choices through the relevant site’s controls and unsubscribe from optional marketing using the link in the message.

Children

Our account-based analysis services are not directed to children under 16. An adult may use certain features, including Mind Hero, for or with a child. If you submit a child’s information to a chart or other service, you must be authorised to do so. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorisation, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as our products or practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
